This week our guest is Strength Coach and H.I.T. entrepreneur Carl Johnson. Carl attended Brigham Young University and completed a degree in Exercise Science. He became a certified tennis teaching pro and a Certified Health Fitness Specialist through the American College of Sports Medicine. While at BYU he had the opportunity to complete a tennis coaching internship to enhance both his coaching and playing skills. In his professional life he worked as a healthcare manager/hospital administrator in the United States Air Force for 20 years. He left that position to pursue his interests in health and wellness, but due to some unforeseen health issues was out of commission for awhile. Carl worked his way back to health, lost 100 lbs, and decided to focus his passion and energy on helping others become their best versions of themselves.
