TAKU's NOTE: There are many so called “Smart Gym” choices on the market with more coming out every week. After researching many of the currently available models I have a found several things that set the INNODIGYM apart from a lot of the competition.
First (unlike other models) there is no need to subscribe to any ongoing service in order to reap the benefits offered by INNODIGYM. It does offer an app but it is totally free.
A person is pressing a button on a treadmill.
Second although the app can integrate with the unit, it can also be used without ever turning on your phone. All the controls are right at your finger tips.
Third it comes with most of the attachments you might ever want or need already included. Some of the other brands charge a rather hefty fee to add a few components that should be standard. Even if you decided to buy the bench it is not too expensive compared to other brands.

Finally there are actually three models available with varying levels of resistance and functionality. All three offer four built in resistance modes which allow the user to change how they engage with the resistance. The entry level piece is the P1 Lite which is extremely affordable. The mid-level model is called the P1 Plus. The flagship piece in my book is the P1 MAX which offers up to 330 pounds of available resistance. Combined with the bench you literally have an entire gym at your fingertips.
